UltraVision has in-line capability

With the increasing popularity of the DCB Automation Automated Optical Inspection systems there has been a growing demand to provide an in-line capable system. This capability is now available with the UltraVision AOI system providing high resolution inspection with Laser co-planarity, colour lighting for solder inspection and full programme portability across all UltraVision versions.

So whether you need to start with desktop or magazine feed Automated Optical Inspection you can now do so knowing that in-line is avaiable as an option to move to later if required. In fact with the three section conveyor option available you can use the in-line machine initially off-line very easily, then just move it into line once all the programmes are ready and the processes are fully proven in use.

Specifications of the UltraVision system are the same as the desktop unit (Click here to see them). The conveyor options can be modified to suit your needs, but initially there will be two versions. A three stage conveyor offering forward/reverse capability dependant on programming, or a single stage conveyor typically used for forward direction only feed. The three stage system will also allow for tighter movement control of boards with three stages all able to carry boards simultaneously.

The conveyors are all SMEMA standard compatible so will fit straight into most production lines without any modification. Special modifications can be catered for when dealing with non-standard lines.
