SuperVision

For many years SuperVision has been the benchmark unit which allowed DCB Automation to develop their business. There are many of these in the field which will continue to run for many years to come.

The units will continue to be supported, but there is no further development on this unit. Additional units can be ordered to maintain compatibility with the systems currently in use, but for new customers we would recommend looking at either EasyVision or UltraVision.

EasyVision provides the same basic specification as SuperVision, but with greatly improved image quality and colour lighting and uses the same software suite as UltraVision to provide extended testing capability. With 0402 capability and optional laser height functionality there has never been such a good value full capability Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machine.

UltraVision is the flagship product with 01005 capability and laser height measurement as standard giving future proofed Automated Optical Inspection at great value which can be ordered to work with magazine feed capability to reduce operator interaction time.
