We provide free telephone support to all our customers for the life of the product. Users are able to contact directly those engineers that have been responsible for the design and development of the products who will be able to offer a solution to their issues.
We are able to offer additional training to those customers requiring new personnel to understand programming procedures or current operators requiring some additional support.

DCB Automation take into consideration all request regarding software and regularly review the FAQs in order to keep our software intuative and up to date. These updates are then available in future software releases to those customers that have either taken out software or combined maintenance contracts or are in their first 12 months warranty period.
